Oven Roasted Chicken

Ingredients

6 lb Chicken Breasts, Boneless Skinless (we used Costco packs)

Northwest Nooch Seasoning

Oil of choice (Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Avocado Oil, etc.)

(Optional) Additional Seasonings of choice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. If frozen, thaw the chicken for at room temperature for 30 min - 1 hour. Trim the excess fat from the meat if desired.
  3. Lay the chicken breasts flat on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Drizzle oil of your choice over the chicken on both sides.
  5. Sprinkle the Northwest Nooch seasoning and other seasonings of choice. Flip over the meat and do the same for the other side.
  6. Once the oven is ready, bake the chicken for 15 minutes -take out and flip- and bake for another 15 minutes, 30 minutes total.
  7. Cool and served when ready. Squeeze lemon juice if desired. Bon appétit!

Now our Sunday meal prep staple!! It’s so juicy. The nooch creates this beautiful golden crust and my picky teen actually eats it without complaint. Cool off before slicing;)

Lovely recipe, straightforward for a weekday evening. Took a bit longer than 30 mins for thicker breasts so do check the temperature. I was worried the nutritional yeast would be overpowering but it’s quite subtle. The children didn’t even notice anything different which is a win for me.
